HIFLY 3.0 collimated back light high directional LED beam with precision lens can uniformly illuminate and suppress stray light.Support customized color, wavelength, luminous size, etc.

● Luminous size:100mm*100mm.

● Brightness level 255, connected to the controller can be adjusted.

● Life span:50000 hours for red light and 30000 hours for white light.

Applications Case

Automotive controller detection

Check the jack field on the car controller for damage. Determine the front and back of the component，and send a signal to the central control.Guide the manipulator to grasp the part and place it in the specified position.

Metal parts rubber path measurement

Locate the position of the metal parts on the conveyor belt and send the coordinates to the central control. The camera extracts the part image, detects the maximum and minimum value of the glue path width of each part, and judges whether the glue path is qualified.

Welding parts symmetry detection

Determine the position of the welding parts on the station and send the coordinates to the central control. The camera extracts the image of the parts, and the high-precision edge finding algorithm is used to determine whether the welded parts are symmetrical.

Bulb base character detection

Through the glass lampshade to detect the defect of the bulb base feature, the reflection of the lampshade makes the detection difficult. The dome light source can reduce light reflection and make the detection result clearer.
