HIFLY 3.0 dome light product shell made of new heat dissiption material,lighter in weight and easier to install.Support customized color, wavelength, luminous size, etc.

● Diameter of light inlet: 60mm. Diameter of light outlet: 317mm.

● Brightness level 255, connected to the controller can be adjusted.

● Life span:50000 hours for red light and 30000 hours for white light.

● Suitable for detecting reflective, uneven surface, curved surface defects, etc.

Automotive controller detection

Check the jack field on the car controller for damage. Determine the front and back of the component，and send a signal to the central control.Guide the manipulator to grasp the part and place it in the specified position.

Metal parts rubber path measurement

Locate the position of the metal parts on the conveyor belt and send the coordinates to the central control. The camera extracts the part image, detects the maximum and minimum value of the glue path width of each part, and judges whether the glue path is qualified.

Welding parts symmetry detection

Bulb base character detection
