Applications Case

Circular workpiece packaging detection

Check the jack field on the car controller for damage. Determine the front and back of the component，and send a signal to the central control.Guide the manipulator to grasp the part and place it in the specified position.

Material positioning detection

Determine the coordinate position of the metal plate on the conveyor belt. The camera captures the image and analyzes the front and back of the metal plate. Guide the manipulator to grasp the material.

Glass substrate detection

Glass substrate cutting accidentally will collapse edge, produce notch. So edge detection is needed after cutting to eliminate defective products.

Metal workpiece pin detection

Using the telecentric collimated light source to illuminate the metal workpiece from bottom to top can clearly reflect the distance between the workpiece pins and whether the pins are complete.
