Electronic white screen dark spot detection
The high-resolution line-by-line imaging capability of the line scan camera is used to cover the entire screen. Combined with the image algorithm, the screen brightness distribution is analyzed, and the dark spots with abnormal brightness are finally identified.
Wafer package inspection
Line scan cameras can be flexibly adapted to different wafer sizes (e.g., 8 ", 12 ") or packages. The high number of linear array pixels avoids the resolution bottleneck of area array cameras in large size detection.
Fabric texture detection
Line scan camera has high resolution and fast detection speed. It can match the production speed of glass fiber wall cloth and detect texture defects such as abnormal warp and weft line density, local fracture, and loose weaving.
Mobile phone back shell glue detection
Line scan camera detects the glue coating quality synchronously. The microscopic morphology of glue was accurately captured, and the defects were identified through the algorithm.
