Chip positioning and correction
Dual camera online integration. The material in the vibrating plate was photographed by the upper camera, positioned and grabbed. The lower camera corrects the offset, calculates the offset and sends it to the upper computer for feeding the material tray.
Vibration plate positioning and grasping
Multi-camera online integration. Locate the chip facing up on the vibration plate, and send the coordinates to the host computer to control the suction nozzle to absorb the chip.
Lens alignment fit detection
The calibration method was customized using the separation axis motion mechanism. Accurately locate the edge and center of the lens to reach the focus, and give the coordinates to the host computer to control the manipulator to fit.
Fiber positioning and cutting
After taking pictures through the camera, the position of the specific width of the fiber is positioned, and then the laser cutting is guided.
