Iron ring coordinate positioning

Parameters such as roundness error can be further calculated by visually locating the iron ring coordinates. Eliminate unqualified products to ensure the quality of products.

Ceramic defect detection

By positioning the ceramic outer ring, the black and white area control detection method is adopted. The collected image is compared with the qualified product image. Remove products with missing Angle of outer ring.

Character coordinate positioning on paper

Machine vision locates the characters on the paper through model matching. It calculates the offset value based on the image angle and provides the accurate coordinates of the characters.

Material positioning detection

There is some error in the fitting material. The unification of the dual coordinate systems is achieved through the collaborative work of two cameras. Repeated test the film and fine-tune the camera offset to achieve positional fit.
